- This large cabinet for all my computer goodies was born of one part frustration (at the disarray in my office), two 4x8 sheets of Birch plywood, ten dado joints, and four half-lap joints. I used the Fibonacci series (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21. . .) for the original design, then used a modified design to suit my needs. Here are the cutting plans for the shelves and the sides. My office is now well organized.
- A built-in 3-foot by 5-foot china cabinet with crown molding and glass doors.
- Speakers:
- A VMPS Larger Subwoofer. Made of inch-thick medium density fiberboard, this 8.25-cubic-foot cabinet can produce literally earth-shaking bass.
- Two surround speakers, with Focal drivers.
- A center-channel speaker, also with Focal drivers, using a D'Appolito configuration (midrange, tweeter, midrange).
